A BIT ABOUT SOUND THERAPY/HEALING

Our bodies are surrounded by an electromagnetic field that has its own unique vibrational resonance.  This unique vibration can change depending on our state of mind, environment and wellbeing.

When our vibrational resonance is high we energetically attract all things that reside on that frequency. The same can be said if our resonance is low, like attracts like. This is the Law of Resonance.

Vibrational sound healing/therapy has the ability to synchronise brain waves and induce alpha and theta brain wave activity. It also sustains the nervous system and allows our heart beat and breathing to slow down. When this happens it puts the body into a profound state of deep relaxation.
